However, we understand that there may be instances where our services do not meet your expectations. This document outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund for cloud resources purchased from OceonCloud.
Non-Refundable Policy After Resource Activation
After the activation of your cloud resources, we do not offer refunds or make any changes. At OceonCloud, we are responsible only for the provisioning of the resources as per the agreed terms. Once the resources are provisioned and available for use, they are considered consumed, and no refund will be issued.
We highly recommend assessing your resource requirements through a smaller-scale purchase or trial option, if available, before committing to a larger-scale purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
Our refund policy applies to all purchases made on the OceonCloud website prior to the activation of resources. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made before the cloud resources are activated or provisioned.
- The customer must provide a valid reason and sufficient evidence supporting the refund request.
- The request must be submitted through the OceonCloud customer support team via our website.
Process for Refund
To request a refund before resource activation, the customer must contact the OceonCloud customer support team through our website. The following steps will be followed:
- The customer must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
- The customer support team will review the reason and determine if it is eligible for a refund.
- If eligible, the customer will be provided with a refund form to complete.
- The customer must fill out the refund form with all required information.
- The refund request will be processed within five (5) business days.
- Once approved, the customer will be notified via email, and the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Exceptions
There may be certain circumstances where a refund request may not be approved, including:
- The customer fails to provide a valid reason for the refund request.
- The customer requests a refund after the activation or provisioning of the cloud resources.
- The customer has violated the Terms and Conditions of OceonCloud.
- The customer has a sudden change of mind about our services.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are excluded from refunds:
- All trial products.
- Payments made for automatic recurring subscriptions.
- Additional services or custom configurations requested by the customer.
